central location comfortable room helpful staff secure parking
the location stood out to me as a significant advantage with easy access to many amenities and restaurants. the room provided was comfortable. i found the staff very helpful with directions and local information. parking was secure, a feature i greatly appreciated.
i found some wallpaper peeling, it was a little distracting.

Acceptable stay near the center
train station garden view poor mattress tram noise
The location is near the main train station. I found it a short walk to the train station and to a shopping center. The room had a peaceful garden view. Breakfast was good.
The bed vibrated in the late evening because trams passed on the street. I couldn't sleep well. the mattress was of poor quality. If one person moved, the other side moved too.

i asked for a double or twin plus room. i was given a room with a street view and no wine was present. message was clearly not read or ignored. the bed was vibratig due to trams passing by! i couldn't sleep.

fresh food lovely balcony
The breakfast offered a great selection of fresh food! the room came with a lovely balcony view. It was a nice surprise. i could also easily access the galeria krakowska mall and bus station.
the hotel is quite old and the furniture seems outdated.

kind upgrade various options good breakfast public transport
the reception staff offered me a complimentary upgrade upon my late arrival, it was kind. the breakfast buffet included various options, such as cheeses and pastries. checking out at noon meant i did not need to rush. the hotel is very close to public transport.
some wallpaper was peeling. the hotel looks like it has not changed in decades. the furniture felt outdated.

The room was spacious with a useful table and comfortable armchairs. a kettle with tea and coffee was in the room. the staff was helpful . They promptly addressed all my requests.
the internet connection proved unreliable. i needed a stable connection for work, but it frequently dropped or had low signal strength.
