The location is near the main train station. I found it a short walk to the train station and to a shopping center. The room had a peaceful garden view. Breakfast was good.
The bed vibrated in the late evening because trams passed on the street. I couldn't sleep well. the mattress was of poor quality. If one person moved, the other side moved too.

The breakfast offered a great selection of fresh food! the room came with a lovely balcony view. It was a nice surprise. i could also easily access the galeria krakowska mall and bus station.
the hotel is quite old and the furniture seems outdated.

the reception staff offered me a complimentary upgrade upon my late arrival, it was kind. the breakfast buffet included various options, such as cheeses and pastries. checking out at noon meant i did not need to rush. the hotel is very close to public transport.
some wallpaper was peeling. the hotel looks like it has not changed in decades. the furniture felt outdated.
